In this immersive course you will take on the role of a customer service representative that needs to improve their customer service rating.
Your manager will give you advice on how to provide great customer service and the benefits of it. You will then face a scenario in which you can demonstrate that you are able to identify who is a customer, their needs and expectations. By the end of this course you will be able to recognise how to provide great customer service and communicate effectively with customers.
The course explores what great customer service is and how to provide it consistently.
This module includes an activity which relies on your being able to hear audio.
Assessment
The learner must collect as many badges as possible and achieve a great customer satisfaction rating to complete the course.
On successful completion of this programme, learners will gain a certificate of completion in Providing Great Customer Service.
Device to use for completion:
Use a Laptop or Desktop computer to complete this online course. Smartphones are not recommended to use to complete this training as brands and phone specifications are different from one smartphone to the next and can cause login issues or compatibility issues.
Also, the Internet Explorer browser was discontinued in 2015 and unfortunately older versions of the browser are still being used. This has caused login issues when trying to complete the course so it is advised to use the Google Chrome internet browser or a similar up-to-date browser to complete the course.
