Dublin: The Cpl Institute – Swords
This comprehensive programme is to assist Instructors in revision of both theory and practicals of the manual handling operative programme. It is an intensive and highly interactive course which will equip the instructor with the knowledge, skill and competence to effectively evaluate delivery of their manual handling training programme and enhance personal skills.
The course will incorporate a wide range of interactive training tools including visual presentations, group work, individual tasks and exercises with a strong emphasis on practical application throughout. The Manual Handling Instructor Refresher course is extremely interactive, providing participants with the opportunity to prepare and practice what they learn and refresh their instructor delivery skills. All participants will receive a Manual Handling Instructor Refresher Certificate and training will be delivered on a ratio of no more than 12 participants to each instructor.
Participants are required to complete a presentation on Manual Handling topic and undertake practical skills demonstration
